Runway systems
Depending on the type of machine used, the track system must or can be designed according to the stacking or shearing principle.
Stacking principle
If the stacking principle is chosen, the loaded and unloaded pallets are stacked at a preselected position in the tunnel. This principle of stacking is also suitable for storing wet moulds. In this case, it is not possible to seal and isolate the tunnel.
Forward principle
If the push-through principle is chosen, a conveyor belt is used to transport the loaded pallets. To retain both the resulting hydration heat and moisture, the tunnel can be insulated and fitted with rolling doors at the front and back.
Controlled active curing of concrete products is also a possibility.
