Collection systems
Collection systems come in all shapes and sizes. The design of the take-off system is determined by the maximum product dimensions, the type of product to be taken off and the way the cured product is to be stacked.
The reaming machine can be (semi) automatic or, if required, manual using an overhead crane.
For picking up special products such as rings, very many small elements , different shapes at the same time or special shapes, the take-off machine can be equipped with a customised clamping device or a vacuum lifting device.
