Machine for palletizing and demoulding. This machine consists of a gantry, travelling
over a crane track, with a turnover frame that can lift and rotate. Clamps are fitted
into this frame for picking up the mould and the pallet.
The cycle of the MPS system is carried out completely automatically by means of a PC-PLC
control. The times of filling, the frequen- cy, the trowelling of the concrete surface,
the removal of the cured products, etc. can be stored for each product in receipts, which
are carried out by means of the PC-PLC control. All production information can be stored
and used for calculation.
