A modern plant is for sale because a concrete factory is reorganizing its activities. The plant has been in production less than 4 years; however, it was built in 1995. Humarbo has delivered and installed the plant and has been asked to offer it to the concrete industry. We offer it reconditioned and fully functional with the latest software. The installation consists of the following items:

1. The production machine type MPS 425, with a workable product surface of 4.2m x 1.25m. Product height from 5cm to 80cm. Product maximum weight of 2000Kg.

2. Filling machine for bringing concrete mix into the mould finishing with a rotating disk. Automatic and very flexible programs that are stored in receipt numbers. Second filling hopper for bringing in a second concrete mix for sound absorption elements.

3. Vibration table with two shafts and four hydraulic clamps to attach the mould to the table. Rapid mould change.

4. Mechanical adjustment of table height for receiving moulds of different heights.

5. Electric control boxes with frequency drives. Computer controlled operation system with two PCs and modem for remote servicing.

6. Storage system with 76 steel pallets; interchangeable pallet legs for different heights.

7. Oiling and cleaning device for empty pallets.

8. Crane with hydraulic clamp for discharging the products and stacking them at the end of the manufacturing line, and device to put concrete elements in vertical positions.

9. At least 10 different moulds for concrete products such as:

   1. Cable channels for railway.

   2. Retaining walls.

   3. Elements for making stairs.

   4. Concrete slabs for farm path ways.

   5. Sound absorption elements.

   6. Wall elements.

   7. Foundation elements for columns for sound absorption elements.

10. Unique: This system can be used for semi-dry concrete and wet-cast products.
